– Global Talent Identification:

– Talent and Contribution:

– Must demonstrate that the applicant is capable of attracting a salary that meets the high-income threshold (currently set at AUD $158,500 per year).

– Must show how the applicant would contribute to Australia’s economy and society through your skills and expertise.

– English Proficiency:

– Must have functional English or pay a second instalment of the visa application charge.

– Age:

– No age limit, but applicants under 18 or over 55 must show exceptional benefit to the Australian community.
